Volunteers will plant over 1,200 trees to restore four acres along the headwaters of Bacon Ridge Branch within the South River Greenway.

Dress for the weather. Equipment and refreshments will be provided. 

Partners include the Scenic Rivers Land Trust, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources, South River Federation and funded by the Chesapeake Bay Trust and the DNR Landowner Incentive Program.
