Workshops are held in the early fall due to seasonal availability of
hatchery-produced oyster seed. Cost of the workshop is $75, payable at the
workshop. To ensure that we have enough oysters for each gardener,
advance registration is required for all workshops. Friends, family
members, and other helpers are welcome and encouraged to attend the workshop
along with the principal gardener at no extra cost.
