Maryland Senator Ben Cardin will introduce the Chesapeake Bay Ecosystem Restoration Act. This is a critically important piece of legislation for the Chesapeake Bay and the most important federal action for the Bay since the Clean Water Act was established more than 30 years ago. This legislation will make crystal clear the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's responsibilities when it comes to ensuring a restored and protected Chesapeake Bay. Be part of this historic event and show your support for the legislation, which Sen. Cardin will introduce to the U.S. Senate the same day.
