HOLY 'SPAT'

This year was terrific for so many reasons! Our record setting season wouldn't have been possible without the time, passion, and determination of our volunteers. The numbers have finally been tallied and the moment we have been waiting for is here:

How Many Spat On Shell Did MD's ORC Produce In 2012?

This season our tanks were reloaded a total of 18 times, with 144 tons or 3,600 bushels of shell

and set with larvae producing a whopping 25,814,493.60 new baby oysters 'spat'!
