Did you know that just one inch of rainfall on one acre of pavement creates 27,000 gallons of polluted runoff that, left untreated, flows directly into our creeks, rivers, and the Bay?! That's why we recently released an investigative report on this, the only major source of water pollution in the region still on the rise. Check out our polluted runoff report here. Above photo courtesy of Jennifer Carr/South River Federation.

CBF's Osprey Tracking Project allows students and teachers to track birds—ones they have seen during field experiences at CBF's Port Isobel Island or Arthur Sherwood Education Centers—from their home and classroom computers. Tie your time outside with the osprey to college and career skills like communication and collaboration. Check out our osprey tracking project now! Above photo by Bob Quinn.
