The Blue Planet Forum is a free environmental lecture series help periodically throughout the year. Its mission is to educate and engage the public on important environmental issues affecting Hampton Roads and the nation. The series has been very well received since its inception in 2008, with a typical crowd of 200 people. Top notch experts have covered such topics as: climate change and sea level rise, alternate energy initiatives, hurricane predictions, and what it will take to truly save the Bay.
