Ecological Effects of Climate Change on the Chesapeake Bay

A Blue Planet Forum Presentation by Beth McGee

The Blue Planet Forum "Planning for Climate Change in the Chesapeake Bay" was presented on April 25, 2017 by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in partnership with Old Dominion University. An expert panel presented on adaptation strategies employed by coastal cities, what Hampton Roads can expect in a changing climate, ways to protect our waterways while coping with sea level rise and recurrent flooding, and more.

The Blue Planet Forum is a free environmental lecture series. Its mission is to educate and engage the public on important environmental issues affecting Hampton Roads and the nation.
