The Chesapeake Bay Foundation invites the Hampton Roads community to the 2nd Annual Save the Bay Family Day!

Get outside and bring your family to the Brock Environmental Center for a thrilling day of educational experiences, local bites, live music, and more!

Enjoy one of many fun, FREE, and educational experiences including:

  • Cruise the Bay with Captains Jimmy and Yancey aboard the Jenny S
  • Make a fish printed T-shirt or bandana
  • Meet a mermaid!
  • Build an oyster cage
  • Dissect an oyster or mehaden
  • Dance to live music
  • And much more!

Come celebrate with us and enjoy local food trucks, oysters, craft beer, ice cream, and more on a fun-filled day for you and your family!

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. First activities start at 1:00 p.m.

FREE and open to the public, but registration is required.
