James River Environmental Education Program Co-Manager

Tenure at CBF: 2001-present

Education: James Madison University, B.A. English Literature/World History.

In additon to his repsonsibilites as Co-Manager of the James River Environmental Education Program, Eric also provides American Red Cross basic water safety and American Canoe Association canoe training to CBF education staff.

Prior Experience:

  • USCG Certified Captain since 2008
  • Operations Manager/Guide, Richmond Raft Co.
  • Mid-Atlantic Regional Site Manager, Kayak Instructor, Guide for LL Bean Outdoor Discovery Schools
  • Co-leader for CBF's Expedition Chesapeake 2005 and Expedition Susquehanna 2006 Programs
