Education: University of Richmond, BA Environmental Studies with a minor in Leadership Studies
Allyson started as an intern on CBF's island programs in 2002 and eventually became manager of the Smith Island Education Center. She spent three and a half years sharing the magic of Tylerton, a small fishing community on Smith Island with teachers and students. In December 2006, she moved to Annapolis to begin her next chapter at CBF—helping students take action after they return home from a field experience. She now works on the team in charge of Chesapeake Classrooms, CBF's teacher professional development program, and with the evolving student leadership program.
