Senior Manager for Island Education Programs

Tenure at CBF: 1995-present

Jessie supervises the staff at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's island education centers, including (but not limited to) general safety of the program and training of the staff. He is certified as a USCG Captain. Prior to joining CBF, Jessie was a Smith Island waterman.

Personal Philosophy: "The fact that I had to abandon my life long plan of being a Smith Island waterman was proof to me that the Bay needs help. My new life plan was obvious: Save the Bay!"
