Manager of Education Operations for Finance

Tenure at CBF: March 2005-present

Education: Towson State University, Accounting

Judy is responsible for managing the Education Department’s budgets, expenditures, public and private grants and contracts, consulting procurement, and for reviewing and approving all expense reports and credit card reports. She formerly served as the Grants Manager in the Finance Department.

Prior Experience:

  • Financial Manager for the World Wildlife Fund
  • Operations Manager for Cap Gemini Consulting
  • Financial Manager for National Academies
