Laura has been employed at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation since 1998. She is currently the Director of Education Operations and formerly served as an Education Senior Manager. She oversees the Education Department’s budget, hires and coordinates training for 55 educators, and is responsible for managing and directing all fleet and facility operations and safety for the department. She oversees a team of four professionals. In this capacity, she serves on the Education Department’s decision-making body.
