Education: Bachelor of Science Biology and Ecology, Towson University

Experience: Paul has served CBF in many capacities including as the captain/manager of three education programs: Fox Island, Smith Island, and the Arthur Sherwood Program, teaching thousands of students and hundreds of teachers during his time as an educator. Paul was also the Fleet and Facilities Senior Manager for Education before becoming Assistant Director and then Director of Fleet and Facilities in Administration.

It is hard to fully do justice to the huge contributions that Paul has made in those areas, other than to say that it's more than likely that when you come to one of our offices or step aboard one of our boats, it is a structure that Paul helped bring to life for us.
