Yancey is responsible for running field experiences for students and teachers in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and surrounding areas. 

Prior to coming to CBF Yancey was a youth center director, a charter boat mate/deckhand, a marine instructor with an at-risk youth program, and a YMCA program director/camp counselor.
