In yet another attack on Chesapeake restoration and the Bay pollution limits, Congressman Goodlatte proposes a new bill that would rewrite the Clean Water Act for all six Bay states and D.C., thereby taking away basic clean water protections for the 17 million of us who live in the Bay watershed...Yup, you read that right!

Down on the islands of the Chesapeake, the rites of the season go far beyond cherry blossoms and warm breezes. The communities that live on the shores of the Bay and our educators that teach on its waters look to spring for signs of how the year will progress.
