The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is seeking proposals for work on one of its structures located on Holly Beach Farm Road in Annapolis, MD: • Replacement and disposal of the existing asphalt shingled roof with 50-year architectural shingle • Perform rot repair on trim, windows, shutters, and soffit assemblies • Clean, scrape, prime, and paint all exterior surfaces other than brick.
