This option includes a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef from the following items:

Steak Lover's Quarter ($8.75/lb)
This option includes more steaks and fewer roasts. We prefer to get the bone-in steaks (sirloin, t-bone, and porterhouse) because chefs all agree that these bone-in steaks have more flavor than their (more famous) counterparts—the filet mignon, boneless sirloin, and N.Y. strip steak. As there are only two of some cuts per steer (such as flank steaks and skirt steaks), this option will include a mix from the following items:
