Jessica Rubino Kluh, born and raised in Annapolis, has deep roots in the Chesapeake Bay region. After spending a few years in Philadelphia, she happily returned to her hometown, where her passion for community and the environment continues to thrive.

Jessica earned her marketing degree from St. Joseph’s University and began her career as a buyer for Anthropologie. There, she developed a keen eye for creative business strategy and brand development. Driven by a desire to align her professional life with her personal values, she made a bold pivot—leaving the fashion industry to pursue a career in environmental advocacy.

Since joining CBF in 2019, Jessica has found her true calling. Her role in events and promotions allows her to blend creativity with purpose, using her expertise to support a mission she deeply believes in.

When not at the office, Jessica finds joy getting outside, spending quality time with friends and family, and finding any opportunity to be out on the water.
