Smith Island Flooring & Framing Repairs
The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) is seeking a licensed contractor to provide all construction services involved in replacing the framing and flooring on an approximately 16’x20’ dining room floor at our Smith Island Education Center. Smith Island is in the Tangier Sound and is only accessible via a 40-minute boat ride from Crisfield, MD. A site visit can be arranged upon request. A 40 ft. Coast Guard certified boat and captain will be provided during the project.
