PA: No More Delays!

The Pennsylvania legislature is in the midst of moving a bill that would institute comprehensive changes to existing oil and gas regulations. CBF has issued this statement encouraging a bill be passed that protects the health, safety, and welfare of the Commonwealth's citizens.
