Alston Horn grew up on his family’s farm in Augusta County, Virginia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Bridgewater College. Since joining CBF in 2010, Alston has worked with farmers to improve soil health, water quality, and on-farm economics by enhancing rotational grazing and cropping systems.
