Ann is a Media executive and retired Publisher of Legal Times. She joined the Board of Trustees in 2019 and became Vice Chair in 2023. She was appointed Vice Chair-Elect in 2025 and currently serves on the Executive and Litigation Committees and chairs the Audit & Finance Committee. Areas of expertise include journalism, nonprofit governance, and strategic leadership.
