Caitlin Glagola

Pennsylvania Senior Watershed Planner

Caitlin Glagola is a senior watershed planner based in CBF’s Pennsylvania office whose focus is on watershed planning work in Centre County. Since joining CBF in 2018, Caitlin has led the development of two watershed management plans for the Halfmoon Creek and Marsh Creek watersheds and is initiating another project for Little Fishing Creek, working closely with a diverse range of partners. She specializes in watershed analysis, hydrological modeling, community outreach and engagement, graphic design, and native plant ecology and landscaping.

Prior to joining CBF, Caitlin worked as a consultant to the Philadelphia Water Department in their Green Stormwater Infrastructure Department. In that role, she optimally sited stormwater management practices throughout the city as part of their Green City, Clean Waters plan. Caitlin is a certified Level 1 Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington & Jefferson College as well as a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Temple University.

Caitlin lives in northcentral Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons and their adventure mutt, Lucy. Together, they love to spend time outdoors hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, and camping. They especially love traveling to new and favorite places with their teardrop camper!
