Danielle Hodgkin is the Senior Operations Manager for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Advocacy and Restoration department, where she drives operational efficiency and strategic planning to advance the organization’s mission. She leads process improvements, technology integration, and fosters collaboration across departments to break down silos and build strong, cohesive teams.

Danielle oversees planning, performance tracking, and data systems strategy, helping program teams streamline reporting and adopt innovative tools. Her work supports large-scale restoration, policy implementation, and advocacy efforts.

She lives in Edgewater, Maryland, and enjoys exploring the Chesapeake Bay watershed with her husband and two children.
