Advocacy & Restoration

Elizabeth Ronston

Virginia Program Manager & Financial Analyst

Elizabeth (Liz) Ronston lives in Richmond, Virginia, just a few blocks away from the James River. She spent her childhood in New York, graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in history, lived in Boston for several years, and then returned to Virginia to earn a master’s degree in teaching. She soon realized teaching was not the right career path for her and was lucky to find a job with CBF that uses her planning skills. In her role with CBF, she does the budgeting for Virginia Advocacy and Restoration staff, writes grant applications, fact sheets, and newsletters, and helps the Virginia team stay organized and succeed in its work. If you want to know what the Virginia team is up to, ask Liz!

Liz enjoys hiking in the mountains and going for long walks daily along the banks of the James River. She loves Richmond’s local restaurant and cocktail scene, and she reads a lot of books.
