Isabel Snee

Pequea Conservation Coordinator

Isabel Snee is the Pequea conservation coordinator, supporting the Pequea Renewal Project at CBF’s Pennsylvania office. Isabel helps implement the Pequea Watershed Implementation Plan by engaging local communities and helping to foster a sense of stewardship within the watershed community. She organizes events that educate farmers and community members on beneficial conservation practices and collaborates directly with farmers to develop Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMPs), which outline strategies for improving water quality through engaging in environmentally sustainable farming practices.

With a background in horticulture and agricultural conservation, Isabel brings both technical expertise and a deep commitment to land stewardship. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and is currently pursuing her master’s in the same field, reflecting her strong passion for farming and sustainable practices. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys gardening, farming, and spending time outdoors.
