Alex is Co-Chair of Morrison Foerster’s Government Contracts and Public Procurement practice. He joined the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Board of Trustees in 2024. He serves on the Executive Committee and is Chair of the Litigation Committee. Areas of expertise include environmental advocacy and legal strategy.
