Richmond, VA

Mason is a lifelong Virginian who grew up on the water in Virginia Beach and now lives near the James River in Richmond. She brings more than two decades of experience in operations and project management, having worked at Century Concrete, Clark Construction, and ZVI Construction, and was the founding Operations Consultant for Alquist 3D, where she helped lead the construction of Virginia’s first 3D concrete printed home. In 2025, Mason co-founded Homecrowd Brands, an incubator of better-for-you consumer brands. She holds a MS from Virginia Tech in Construction Management and a BA in History from the University of Virginia. Mason serves on the College Foundation of the University of Virginia’s Richmond Regional Board, is a Court Appointed Special Advocate through Greater Richmond SCAN and has been a member of CBF’s Richmond Advisory Council since 2024.
