Megan Dom Lynch

Director of Planned Giving

Megan Dom Lynch.

As CBF’s Director of Planned Giving, Megan Dom Lynch brings two decades of executive development experience to the fight to save the Bay. She has dedicated her career to building long-term donor relationships and partners with supporters to design meaningful planned legacies that will safeguard our waters far into the future.

Before coming to CBF, Megan engineered tailored cultivation and legacy giving strategies for Sidwell Friends School and the Folger Shakespeare Library, and orchestrated over $20 million in asset growth across a 41-county region for the North Carolina Community Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Temple University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.

When she isn’t connecting passionate donors with mission-critical environmental goals, Megan can be found exploring the watershed with her Labrador retriever, and traveling with her daughter. A die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she is also widely celebrated among family and friends for making delicious cheese crackers and a mean guacamole.
