Willy Agee started with CBF in 1993 in the Education Department as a field educator and was soon promoted to field senior manager and then director of operations. In 2007, Willy left CBF only to be recruited back in 2015 as the director of operations in the Administration Department. In 2018, Willy was promoted to vice president for administration. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Willy also serves as Board Secretary.

Willy is a proven operations professional who has built cohesive teams to accomplish organizational change and meet the goals and objectives of CBF. After spending nearly 30 years in leadership roles, Willy’s track record is one of success. While navigating some very challenging times, Willy has continued to lead by example and support his team in ways that allowed them to be forward-thinking, productive, and effective.

Willy has experience managing multiple functions including information technology, risk management, contracting, and human resources. He has led cross-departmental teams, fostering collaboration that balances organizational perspective with departmental interests.

He lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he enjoys being outdoors with his family and dogs.
