Inspire 30,000 Students to be Environmental Leaders

The Chesapeake Bay and its rivers and streams are the outdoor classrooms for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Each year, we bring about 30,000 students and 400 teachers from diverse backgrounds out onto the water, using canoes, work boats, field guides, water chemistry testing gear, and online mapping tools to teach people about their local environment.
