No luck? It's possible that your employer matches employee donations even if it's not listed here. Ask your Human Resources department to find out.
If they do match donations but aren't listed here, getting your donation matched is as easy as 1-2-3.

2. OBTAIN A FORM FROM YOUR EMPLOYER |
Obtain a matching gift form from your Human Resources department. If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (i.e. Federal Tax Identification Number), please use 52-6065757. |
3. FILL OUT & MAIL |

Note: CBF will accept matching gifts from any corporation made in support of a donation initiated by an individual employee. CBF reserves the right to decline matching gifts from corporations with whom it is involved in litigation.
