2nd District Congressional Candidate Forum
On October 15, 2018, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation sponsored a forum for candidates Elaine Luria and Congressman Scott Taylor to discuss key environmental issues for Hampton Roads and Virginia's Eastern Shore. The event was moderated by Dr. Quentin Kidd, Director of the Judy Ford Wason Center for Public Policy at Christopher Newport University.
