Workplace Giving
Give at the office. It's an easy way to help save the Bay!
Many federal, state, and local governments as well as private employers offer their employees one of the easiest ways to donate—through automatic payroll deduction.
The gifts that CBF receives from workplace giving programs enable us to sustain our education programs, restoration projects, and advocacy initiatives. There are a few ways to select CBF as your workplace giving charity depending on your employer and their program.
- Combined Federal Campaign (CFC): Look for CBF in the brochure under Conservation & Preservation Charities of America.
- America’s Best Charities: Look for CBF in your state or municipal campaign brochure.
- United Way: Use the “Donor Option” to write in CBF in a campaign (EIN 52-6065757).
- Private corporate campaign: Ask your Human Resources department how to include CBF and if your gift will be matched.
If you’d like CBF or one of our federations to participate in your workplace’s campaign, or if you have any questions about donating through a workplace giving campaign, please contact the Membership Department at member@cbf.org or 1-888-SAVEBAY.
