Annabelle Harvey

Federal Policy Coordinator

Annabelle Harvey, a current Baltimore City resident, has lived in Maryland on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay for her entire life. She has a biology degree from Salisbury University and a master’s degree in environmental science from Towson University, which ignited her passion for using the latest science to support effective environmental policies.

In her role as federal policy coordinator, Annabelle supports CBF’s legislative priorities and ensures our supporters know what Congress is up to. Before CBF, she coordinated the Chesapeake Bay Program’s Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee, helping draft science-based recommendations for the Bay partnership.

Outside of work, she likes to backpack in new countries, try out new restaurants in Baltimore, and hang out with her cat.
