Brenda Sieglitz
Director of Major Giving - Pennsylvania
Brenda Lee Sieglitz is the director of major giving for CBF’s Pennsylvania office. Prior to her current role, Brenda worked as the assistant director of the Making History Campaign and the former senior manager of the Keystone 10 Million Trees Partnership with CBF, which she led through 2022 and to their 5 million tree milestone. While at CBF, Brenda has served as one of the first co-leaders of Women Igniting Leadership & Discovery (WILD) Women’s Employee Resource from 2021–2024 and also served on the COVID Bay and Partners subcommittee during the pandemic.
Brenda grew up in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and previously worked in sales and project management roles in the private sector and has owned and operated two companies: Widow Voyages and Earth to Table, a certified woman-owned biodegradable and compostable business. In addition, Brenda is an award-winning freelance writer, penning the self-published “Ebb from the Shoreline: Finding Cancer and Courage” in 2013, which won the North American Book Awards first place editor’s choice.
She holds a degree in business from Harrisburg Area Community College and is continuing her education in business administration and law at Western Carolina University where she has been awarded the Malcolm J. Loughlin and Olson Family scholarships for her academic success. She is a Master Naturalist and serves on the NASA Globe Lifelong Learning committee. She has previously served and volunteered on numerous committees and boards, including the Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, U.S. 1 Trillion Trees, the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Lancaster Conservancy, Camp Widow, Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, ABC Keystone, and the Pennsylvania Travel and Tourism Association. She lives in Columbia, Pennsylvania on Bark Hollow Acre overlooking Little Chiques Creek.
