Jason leads CBF's engagement with and advocacy of Congress and the administration. He identifies legislative and regulatory priorities and develops and implements strategies to achieve CBF's overarching goal of full implementation of the Chesapeake Clean Water Blueprint by 2025. He works across the organization and with partner organizations to craft and pass legislation, educate members of Congress, the administration, and their staff on key Chesapeake Bay issues. He also helps shape organizational messaging on federal policy and regulations.
