The Chesapeake Bay Foundation owns and operates an island education center located on Smith Island, Maryland. We are seeking detailed building plans to build a 16’x20’ screened porch attached to an existing house on Tylerton, Smith Island. In addition to the porch, we are seeking building plans to alter the roof of two adjacent roofs to allow the porch the same roof plane as the house.
