CBF Consultant Bobby Whitescarver

Bobby Whitescarver lives and farms with his wife Jeanne Hoffman, in America's legendary Shenandoah Valley. He is a National Soil Health Champion, founder and owner of Whitescarver Natural Resources Management LLC, and freelance writer. Bobby also teaches Natural Resources Management at James Madison University.

Bobby has been published in USA Today, Virginia Wildlife, Virginia Cattleman, Bay Journal, and many newspapers throughout the Bay watershed. He is a contributor at the Bay Journal News Service. Bobby's first place, Outstanding Blog, chosen by the Virginia Outdoor Writers Association can be found at www.gettingmoreontheground.com.

When not working, he loves planting trees, birding, sailing, and helping people understand the natural world. His favorite Bay spot is the Middle River that flows through their farm. Bobby and Jeanne are proud that their farm produces all natural beef and clean water.

Bobby is no longer at CBF.
