Virginia Oyster Restoration Manager

Jackie Shannon

Jackie manages CBF's Virginia oyster restoration efforts. She works with hundreds of volunteers to produce and deploy reef balls and up to 10 million spat-on-shell oysters on protected reefs annually. She also works with local, state, and federal restoration partners to plan, implement, and monitor oyster restoration projects throughout tidal Virginia.
