During the growing season we need volunteers on CBF's Clagett Farm! Roughly 20 acres of the 283-acre regenerative farm are dedicated to our vegetable operation. We offer two field days to help us maintain our crops throughout the season. We also have 10,000 baby trees that need potting and care in our native tree nursery.

Please join us for a few rejuvenating hours on the farm, we would be happy to have you!

Volunteers should bring whatever lunch or snacks they will need for the day. Plan to dress for the weather, as we work outdoors rain or shine. Please bring a reusable water bottle, which you can replenish on site. We will have the tools required at the farm, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Check our calendar for scheduled volunteer days. If you are interested in volunteering with a group, please contact [email protected].

Interested in a more rigorous, authentic farming experience? See our Workshare Program, which we offer on vegetable harvest days.
