Bands in the Sand is the party of the year, and you won’t want to miss it! Each summer 1,600 guests gather on the beach, dance the night away to live music, and raise a drink to a saved Bay.
Attendees have reason to celebrate knowing their attendance and support directly fuels our mission to save the Bay. In 2024 we raised over $500,000 with Bands in the Sand. We hope you will join us and make the 2025 Bands in the Sand the most fun and most impactful event yet!

VIP Tickets ($500)—On sale March 5 at 9 a.m.
- Early entry at 5:00 p.m.
- All-inclusive food and drink ticket
- Access to the HASI VIP Lounge
- Access to the Choptank by Atlas Restaurant Group Oyster Reef
- Parking pass for onsite parking (one per order)
- Each ticket includes a tax-deductible donation that supports CBF's education and restoration efforts throughout the year.
Committee Tickets ($250)—On sale March 5 at 9 a.m.
- Early entry at 5 p.m.
- All-inclusive food and drink ticket
- Access to the Choptank by Atlas Restaurant Group Oyster Reef
- Parking pass for onsite parking (one per order)
- Each ticket includes a tax-deductible donation that supports CBF's education and restoration efforts throughout the year.
General Admission Tickets ($200)—On sale May 1 at 9 a.m.
- All-inclusive food and drink ticket
- Access to the Choptank by Atlas Restaurant Group Oyster Reef
- Complimentary shuttles from remote parking lots
- Each ticket includes a tax-deductible donation that supports CBF's education and restoration efforts throughout the year.

2024 Bands in the Sand Recap
What a night! On June 8, 2024, 1,600 Bay savers rocked out in nature's greatest music venue at Bands in the Sand. With the Chesapeake Bay acting as a gracious host, concertgoers had plenty of reasons to celebrate. In one night of great music, delicious food, and good friends, we raised nearly half-a-million dollars towards saving the Bay! Thank you to all the sponsors, guests, volunteers, and vendors who made this event such a success. Bands in the Sand helps fuel all CBF’s work, including efforts over the next year, such as:
- educating 20,000 next generation problem-solvers outside and on the water;
- adding millions of oysters to the Bay as we work toward of goal of 10 billion new oysters by 2025;
- planting hundreds of thousands of trees in Pennsylvania as we move closer to 10 million trees by 2025;
- inspiring tens of thousands of advocates to take action for clean water in their communities.
