PA’s Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program Is Critical to Healthy Farms and Clean Water

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, farmer Greg Strayer talks about the many benefits of Pennsylvania’s Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) for family farms like his. Only through ACAP funding was Strayer able to build a new 185,000-gallon manure storage area on his beef farm that reduces polluted runoff into local streams.
