Chesapeake Bay Foundation Online Store
Status: Expired
Date Posted: April 15, 2025
In 2019, the CBF store inventory and marketing activities were reinvigorated after two years of being dormant. The initial results exceeded expectations and showed us that there is an audience of dedicated members, employees, and customers that have an evergreen interest in products from CBF. In 2022, we decided to further invest in our online store by redoing our website for our online store and working toward a year-round marketing plan. The goal for the CBF store is to broaden and amplify CBF’s brand impact by providing high-quality, market-driven products that support our mission to Save the Bay and CBF’s various initiatives. The ideal business partner will have a proven track record in providing direction, fulfillment, and administrative support for inventory, sales/fulfillment, e-store technologies, and customer service strategies. CBF wants to continue to increase our product options, increase visibility, and offer consistency in production, shipping, and service. Our organizations website is also changing over to WordPress by November 2025. While this site is not part of that scope, suggestions on how best to integrate with our new site or how to switch our store site to WordPress would be appreciated.

Hannah Henry Way Stormwater Assessment & Concept Design
Status: Expired
Date Posted: March 11, 2025
The Hannah Henry Way community is located on the south side of Ridgley, in an unincorporated area of Caroline County, Maryland. State Road MD-480 passes between the community and the Town of Ridgely. State Highway Administration (SHA) surveys from the 1950’s show that the road base was raised two-three feet, and two culverts were installed under the road to allow stormwater runoff from the town to pass under MD-480. Stormwater runoff from the town and community is directed via a system of storm drains and roadside ditches to a tax ditch which drains into a tributary of the Choptank River. The natural topography, increase in more severe precipitation events, and aging stormwater infrastructure in the Hannah Henry Way watershed results in significant flooding during storm events impacting community health and releasing pollutants into the waterways.
