Issues
From climate change to air pollution to agricultural runoff, there are a myriad of threats but also opportunities that face our Bay, rivers, and streams.
What We Do
Since 1966, we have tirelessly worked to restore and protect the Chesapeake Bay and its rivers and streams. What began as a movement recognizing the Bay's declining health has grown into a remarkable science-based collaborative effort considered a global model for ecosystem restoration.
Through advocacy, innovation, and litigation, we strive to drive the necessary policy and accountability actions to ensure clean water for all.
We're building the next generation of environmental leaders to fully understand and tackle the range of threats and issues our Bay faces.
We're advancing restoration of the Bay's natural infrastructure to combat climate change, pollution, and more.
